Shipping Policy

Shipping Overview

We offer shipping to the US, Canada and most countries worldwide. We use USPS to ship your package domestically and DHL internationally. Our domestic expedited service is provided by UPS. For more information about our shipping carriers or questions, please email support@shopvelvetbeaute.com.

Please note we ship Monday-Friday only during normal business hours. Any order placed during non-business hours will be processed the following business day. Orders will not ship over the weekend. 

NOTE: Please allow 1-3 business days for order processing, as we are experiencing some delays in our international regions.

Here’s how it works: you order, we process, then we ship.

Ordering takes a few seconds. Processing takes 1 to 2 business days (and orders placed after 1pm ET are processed the next business day). Then one of our carriers takes it from there. You’ll get a shipment notification email with a tracking number as soon as your package ships. It’s on the way!

Shipping Rates - International

Starting August 15, 2019, Velvet Beauty will now offer shipping to most* countries outside of the United States for a flat fee based on the package destination. Customers are responsible for all shipping fees, import duties, taxes and brokerage fees (if any). These fees may be charged to you when your package reaches your country border (these fees are not included in the shipping that we charge you). You may also have the option to pay any taxes and fees upfront during checkout.  If a "free gift with purchase" promotion is available on shopvelvetbeaute.com, please redeem this promotion at your own risk as we have seen orders being held at customs due to the free gift within your package.

Order Tracking
When you place an order with Velvet Beauty, you will receive an order confirmation via email. If you have questions about your order please email support@shopvelvetbeaute.com. Please include your order number in the subject of your email.

Canceling an Order
When an order is placed on shopvelvetbeaute.com we begin processing the order immediately, to ensure prompt delivery. We're unable to cancel or change an order once it's submitted.

Out-of-Stock Items & Back Orders
Should an item on your order be out of stock, we will notify you via email the expected in-stock date. Your remaining order will ship on time and the out-of-stock item will ship when available at no extra charge to you.

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase, and stand by the quality of our products. Should you for any reason be unhappy with your purchase we will promptly issue a refund to your credit card or exchange an unsatisfactory product for another one if returned within 30 days. Please see our returns policy for details on how to process.

Please Note: We can only accept Velvet Beauty products directly purchased through shopvelvetbeaute.com. We cannot accept products purchased from a third-party retailer.

*Products purchased during Flash Sales (such as on TV Shows on ABC and NBC) and our annual Friends and Family Sales, or orders that ship Internationally are subject to a 14-day return policy. Returns must be postmarked within 14 days of original ship date.

Returns/Exchanges - Velvet Beauty
Please follow the steps below to return your purchase:

  • Complete the Return Form located on the invoice included with your shipment. If you do not have your invoice you may print and send your email order confirmation. Please indicate the products you wish to return or exchange. If exchanging, please also include the product(s) you would like an exchange for. We will call you if additional funds are required for the exchange order. If you do not have your invoice or email order confirmation please email support@shopvelvetbeaute.com to get your order number.
  • Shipping fees, duties, taxes and/or customs fees are non-refundable.
  • Please note that returning products will not automatically cancel your auto-replenishment subscriptions. To cancel, change shipment frequencies, or to make any other changes to your auto-replenishment subscription, please sign in to your Velvet Beauty customer account on our website.
Please allow up to 14 business days from receipt of returned items to process a return and credit your account. A credit should appear on your statement within 2 full billing cycles. If your credit card has expired prior to your return request, we may offer a Velvet Beauty credit instead.
